Shipping and return

Of course you have the right to send us the goods back. The buyer bears the costs for the return. In the case of a size exchange, the costs of the return are also borne by the buyer.

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned and all you want is your money back. Rest assured, as long as an item is still in its original condition, you can return it subject to the rules below, which contain a correct use clause. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

You have 28 days to return an unwanted item from the delivery of your order. 

We aim to give you a refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

If the item you are returning to us is damaged, worn, or in poor condition and therefore cannot be resold, we cannot refund you and may need to resend it to you (and ask you to pay the shipping costs). All items are checked when they are returned.

Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them. So you will need to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return!

We are not responsible for items that are mistakenly returned to us (it happens!).

Here you can find the return address and the return form. You should stick the return address on the package. Please attach the form so that we can settle your matter quickly and easily.

IMPORTANT: The numbering of the ordered product (between 1 and 100) cannot be changed. If you want your hoodie in a different size, you keep the original number you ordered.
